I had fun last night. We went to black. It has been so long since I went black. And ya, the same thing happend everytime, the next day, my legs always very suan. I am a lazy bum, I don't exercise thats why I always have all this type of problem. If I go out with my cousins then I have to carry them, the next day my arm suffers too. Ok, back to last night.
